I hear very often people saying:

“I don’t know where to start” with their diet or how to get CLEAN so I created this blog. I worked in the food industry for a very long time and my challenges with food made me into an Alchemist, to be honest… I had to reinvent my diet many many times…

Whether you're looking for a vegan meal or just want to add more healthy options to your diet, this hummus salad is a must-try. There are plenty of ready-made humus pots on the shelves in the stores to choose from, what you are looking for is one without preservatives and no nasties… Of course, it is way better to make your own and make it fresh……

It’s amazing if you make one - fresh hummus is so nice especially if it’s warm… Experiment, fall is nearly here. Combining the creamy richness of hummus with fresh, crunchy vegetables, juicy beets or avocado this salad offers a delightful balance of flavours and textures.

This Hunter Salad will leave you feeling refreshed and deeply replenished at the same time.

Be Intentional

Use the food as fuel not as a religion

Fuel your day with the right food for your genius, the right food for the heaviness of the tasks you will perform, and the right food for the different demands of life, consume different food for the morning, different for the late day….
= If you are chilling, healing, running the rounds with the kids, catching up with projects, or dealing with a lot of people you need different foods that can support you on the way…

Tips:

  1. Using Garlic only intentionally will boost your energy levels in a big way. Garlic is very heavy on the nervous system and will strip you of ALL the bacteria in your gut. I said all because garlic doesn’t differentiate between bad & good bacteria. It will flush it all out, they will ALL go so it’s not wise to consume it all the time.

  2. Replacing the Onion with a Leek will do the job and leave you gas-free. People wrongly assume that having gas is normal…

  3. The best way how to approach your diet is to go for Organic & Locally Grown veg and fruit. Supporting little growers and local farmers is also a good way how to act with integrity and be a part of the new movement that does not perpetuate the old system and the toxic ways of living but rather supports the New Holistic Pro-Human Way, permaculture and new ways of non-toxic living.

  4. Make it simple - don’t overcomplicate your diet, less is more. Using just a few things will make it easier on the digestive system, and that means less fatigue - don’t forget to check my other receipts and Mono Diet Tips…
