What helped me the most in my life apart from Kriya Yoga is understanding myself on a deeper level through Astrology, the mechanics of how reality is created and how the mind and body function.

Understanding my past, the blueprint that I came here with, the lessons and the theme that my soul came here to explore were key for me. Astrology, Chaldean Numerology, Starseed and Human Design helped me to understand & integrate my past the most.
Making a sense of this entire human experience was key for me to make the necessary adjustments on my path.
I have been diving deep into my Natal Chart on weekly bases since then. Understanding the cycles I have been repeating but also my daughter’s design from this perspective made my life way easier.
