Ancestral Healing
Ancestral Healing
A great way how to approach any Spring is with detox and fasting. But that would work only if you managed to eat simple vegan food without nasties for a long period. - for at least 1,5 years. Otherwise, fasting doesn’t do anything to the system and you will reverse back anyway.
Fasting should be held for 12 days on distilled water and honey first and than only on distilled water to completely reboot the system to its natural design. Or to the point that the next level of the transmutation can be even possible. We are talking about completely restructuring your cells.
And that process takes 12 days.
If you have some powerful Kriya as your daily practice then of course you fix a lot of damage in a very practical way and you feed the body with prana so your desire to eat and sleep will go down.
An elimination Diet is a good way to start and also implement various herbal teas into the process. You will get way better clarity if you eat light and feed the body with what it’s designed to be fed with.
I usually make 2 different types of Berry Teas in the morning - Very Berry & Immunity from Twinings. But in a nutshell, they all contain these main ingredients I am particularly after - Rosehip, Hibiscus, Black Currants & BlackBerry Leaves and of course Elderflower - especially Elderflower is the one for Ancestral Healing. The way the plant can be harvested and what parts you can use is remarkable and our ancestors used the entire plant even the roots for all kinds of ailments.
Consuming “the original seeds” of the planet, the first seeds but you know - we don’t have many options anymore as everything is mutated or genetically modified so I am turning to the wild less compromised options lately… Pick up my own, or order bio and organic from various locations. Czechs were always alchemists in many areas of their life. Getting herbal tea from the land of your birth is a good idea of how to approach Ancestral Healing if you can not travel and drink the water from the place of your origins get a herbal tea - local plants
I found out other amazing teas that taste actually way way better cold on ice than warm. Like Blueberry Rooibos with Lemongrass - that one really surprised me when I left it on the kitchen counter and it cooled down.
Experiment & get creative. I added freshly squeezed juice from 1 Orange and 1 Pomegranate to make it taste more like a juicy drink than tea and it turned out wonderfully. You can add any fruit into it but I like it this way better.
so once you make a tea mix of your choice - let it cool down - add honey when still warm but not hot - Honey turns toxic when heated - you should always keep that in mind - it also changes the taste.
Cool the tea in the fridge, add extra fresh juice from the Orange and Pomegranate before serving, and serve on ice with slices of Orange and fresh Mint leaves for decoration.
New Teas to try cold:
Morning Berry from Pukka - I tried a lot of their teas but what bothers me is that they add Licory in most of them and it kills the other tastes too much to my liking, I like only a few mixes.
Beetroot Tea from Twinings - is absolutely amazing but I can hardly get it here - Amazon doesn’t supply any more the herbal stuff for Ireland so I usually have to dig from French or German pages if I can’t get it from the UK, Brexit did a lot of damage to Ireland supplier chain.
Organic Bio Berry Fruity Tea from Solaris ( Irish owned business ) is a nice brand to check, the mix of this particular tea is just perfect - 25% Lemongrass, 25% Hibiscus Flowers, 20% Roibos, 10% Blueberries & Orange Peel *it’s my favourite mix but I am adding to it some extras
