Food for your Muladhara Chakra

Well, most of my food is for your chakras, let’s keep it simple. - All of the receipts are designed to help you reach the higher states of consciousness and support your evolution, and are mostly high in energy and detoxing. And no, you won’t have any gas like after all the crazy vegan combinations full of garlic and onion. So you don’t have to worry about that part.

Your gut will love you.

I know that the transformation starts in the kitchen. Every change starts always in the kitchen, not in the gym or on your yoga mat or on your meditation cushion but in the kitchen.

  • Unless you didn’t have an out-of-the-body experience and return back with higher consciousness you will need a diet to get you there. I am developed, I didn’t have a car crash or almost died as a kid and came back with all the psychic abilities as some people do or was born with extra sensory perception - I developed myself bit by bit and it started in the kitchen.
I changed my diet but of course, there has to be the desire to change first. The mindset matters.

  • People want all the transcendental experiences but are not willing to change the way they eat. So they meditate and see just black darkness nothing else,,, Here I come with all my food series and Chakra stuff because I made that journey, I built myself up from a very dark place of my busy mind. I got there blindly knowing nothing about yoga or chakras.

  • There is one more thing that expands your consciousness and awareness - that is following your excitement and expressing it in a creative way. You need to be creative which is also a key component to letting your higher self enter more of your physical vessel and work in concert with your entire being, being more guided by life itself requires being one with the entire existence and food is part of it. You are creating yourself every day. You are what you eat…

So this guy is amazing and it’s called Purple Cabbage - let's have a look at what it has to offer.

Purple Cabbage

One of the most amazing benefits of red cabbage is that it plays a vital role in cancer prevention.

According to the National Cancer Institute, it shows promising results in reducing breast cancer in women.

It is very rich in vitamins and minerals and has high levels of antioxidants, rich in calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, and potassium, as well as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, B vitamins and dietary fibre.

It has a lot of lutein that is great for your eyes - Lutein functions as a light filter, protecting the eye tissues from sunlight damage. Cabbage is full of it and if you pair it with carrots you do so much good for yourself….

Red cabbage is phenomenal, it will make you look young - It will help your skin look fresh, tight, and flexible, and it also reduces wrinkles and all kinds of skin spots. Cabbage has high high levels of vitamins A and K great for skin health, and the regrowth of skin cells. It also leaves you feeling amazing after you eat that salad - I felt so refreshed and energised that it almost blew my socks off :) It is definitely something I will be eating now more often. It purifies your blood, so it is sooooo good as a reboot.

It reduces the inflammation in your body and will get rid of the pain in the hips if you are dealing a lot with Root Chakra this is a must on your table - I was so surprised. So give it a trial. Ofcourse if your diet is not vegan you won’t feel the difference. But it should take your pain away if you stick solo with the salad and don’t eat anything else.

Keep in mind that the body clenses itself in AM hours so getting it into the system before noon is the best.

You don’t need to destroy cabbage by cooking it or fermenting it - it is very nice and absolutely edible raw. In just 5min if you put lemon and olive oil over it softens up and will teach you to chew properly because you will have to - it is crunchy. I have another receipt with apple cider vinegar on the web page so you can try that if you are looking for more contrast in taste.

I paired it up with shredded carrot this time and often top it up with sesame seeds and pumpkin for a nutty flavour, you can try walnuts - but I often prefer it without. I like the lemon ginger dressing I have been using with this combo. So what is on the photo?

  • Just purple cabbage hand-cut thin with care and extra love and shredded carrots

  • Dressing: Olive oil, half freshly squeezed Lemon Juice and Himalayan salt, Black pepper and Dry Ginger spice… You can add Honey if it is too sour for you. Enjoy…
