Purple Cabbage - Natural Blood Purifier
I already wrote a blog post about this magical salad I called Purple Rain but the effects are so amazing that I decided to extend this post to other information that I noticed playing out in my human vessel especially right now when we are purging the distortions from the Root Chakra.
Purple Cabbage will almost immediately help you with inflammation and pain in the lower part of your body.

I have been absolutely amazed at what this salad did for me. But of course, you have to try it yourself and see what it will do for you.
It’s considered the most powerful blood cleanser in food kingdom.
Just don’t combine it with garlic or onion - that is way too heavy on the gut and garlic gets rid of all the bacteria - the good one too so use it with moderation and in times when it’s not disturbing to the system…
Purple Cabbage improves the blood flow in your vessels and flushes the toxins out. It is suggested to eat it in moderation and rather cooked than raw, I do both. When I make it raw I let it sit in the salad dressing for about 20 minutes so it softens up. I noticed that white cabbage is different from red. The white one creates gas in the system but the red/purple one doesn’t - at least not in mine - again people think having gas is natural - so ehhhh. Yogis don’t eat garlic and onion because they want to meditate without disturbances in the system
The antioxidants in purple cabbage reduce the accumulation of malignant cells. And that’s why the Cancer Institute loves it.
But if you ever suffered from arthritis or rheumatism this will do so much good for you - of course, the emotional issues and trauma behind those conditions need to be addressed here first.

I have been diagnosed with chronic rheumatism at the age of 6 and I have been in physical pain since then. Rheumatism and arthritis are all about that. Depression - Because the entire world is going through a grand depression, here is how it goes:
Depressed people have dirty blood. Depression is in the spleen, the spleen chakra is a purifier. So is the Purple Cabbage, it purifies the blood so that’s why it is sooooooooooo powerful right now and will assist us the most. Malfunction of the spleen chakra can be detrimental so here we have our purple guy to help us all to ease up the ascension symptoms.
Just don’t forget to dig deep and do some shadow work on top of that, Purple Cabbage will not heal you but rather assit you. You have to start with the mind first.
Dressing for this salad is - extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed Ginger juice *optional, Himalayan Salt, and freshly ground Black Pepper - let it sit for 20 min to soften it up, you can add pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds or both - don’t over complicate it - if it is too sour you can add honey. I often top it up with Alfa Alfa sprouts. Skip the ginger to try a simpler version of it or if you have a problem with it - just make the dressing to your liking but don’t change it too much…
Eat it as it is before noon. Am is the time when the body cleanses itself. Do not eat it with anything else, leave it just as it is. No rice, no bread or other combinations. Don’t forget to chew properly.
