Mono Diet is one of the best diets that you can hold.
It’s fantastic, you will feel amazing, you will be glowing, it cleanses and detoxes the liver, reduces inflammation, clears the skin and has tons of benefits…

A lot of my salads are designed with this in mind so you can pick up fennel salad or the beetroot salad from my list, add coconut oil to it and eat that for 3-7 days and you will see. Or this Super Green dish with grilled zucchini, chopped pumpkin seeds, avocado and spinach salad and eat solo green - any type of greens will do the job.

A lot of people are fans of juicing but if you are over 30 it’s recommended to use a mono diet. You get better results. Another thing to know is if you are eating whatever you won’t detox anything in the body. Going clean to be able to reboot the entire system requires you to start slowly with an elimination diet FIRST. To be able to see actual results you have to eliminate:

All meat, fish too, eggs, milk products & wheat. Because gluten is blocking the walls in your intestine and so the body can not actually take the nutrients from the vegetable, so you must go Gluten Free also. This elimination diet has to be done slowly.

You need to eat all organic, gluten-free, no preservatives and no artificial colours or flavourings, no coffee, no green tea, no alcohol, no sugar… No onion and no garlic too otherwise you will have a lot of gas. Also, keep your veg dishes simple because the vegan cookbooks are crazy - there are so many ingredients on every receipt that it’s crazy. Some of the combinations are way too messed up. Keep it simple. If I learned something in Italy then it’s this: max 3-5 ingredients on a plate are the best.

Basics

  1. Do not combine Veg & Fruit - there needs to be 45 min between those two otherwise they ferment in your stomach,

  2. Don’t drink after the food otherwise, you dilute the chemicals needed for breaking down the food *take 45 min gap here

  3. 30% of the digestion of vegetables happens in the mouth - chewing is important

  4. Make sure you know what are you allergic to

  5. Organic
