I often make this simple cold porridge during the summer.
You can smash the banana and mix it with any kind of plant milk of your choice and pour it over the fruit that you have at that moment, top it with nuts and shredded coconut, add cinnamon, add turmeric, and sweeten it up with organic honey.
Tips & Variations
cut a part of the nuts and also dry fruit like cranberries and blueberries and add it to the fresh fruit mix
add the saffron infusion to the milk *it gives you a supper boost and you will feel amazing - saffron is a great energiser and beats fatigue like no other
mash the banana with peanut butter and whisk it together with coconut milk
