  • This is my secret receipt for a very long time.

Of course, it is inspired by some great minds out there and twisted by me with my own exploration of the food realm and the effects it has on the body and energy levels but never the less this is truly a phenomenal bowl of wonders. It will make you inspired to experiment with it and customise it…

It will also make you full and keep going longer so if you are for example on the hike this is a great one to fit into your diet.

  • I use this one a lot while working on some important projects or if I am short of time. Or if I am camping or just loaded with a marathon of being a parent.

I call it “the breakfast of the champions” and it comes with all other extras that are not in the photo.

All you need are bananas, peanut butter, plant-based milk of your choice, shredded coconut, organic honey, cinnamon, turmeric, - or preferably - organic peanuts soaked overnight and skinned! the soaking and skinning process is quite important here in the levels of energy because of digestion - so I have a hack for this one to make it easier :)

- if you are just starting up with this kind of diet you can use whatever organic peanut butter you can find in the store (*to make it easier just make sure it is organic and no bullshit )

  • for those who are longer into this kind of functional diet - soaking any nuts that have skin and skinning them up is a levelling up. It is easier on the system and you will digest it easier…

  • I have to say once you become clean you will become more sensitive and that is how you become more aware,,, awareness doesn’t just land on your lap - Oh, it will… but you are the journey and the food is a part of it.
