Nadi Shuddhi
Alternative Nostril Breathing. This is a great 6-11min practice that can be practised alone or can be added after your full yoga exercise. It will balance your entire system, gradually calms and settles your mind, cleanses and purifies all your nadis (meridian system) so the energy can freely flow without obstructions. From what I noticed, it relaxes also my legs while in a lotus pose so I can sit longer in meditation. My usual set of yogic postures is finished with 7min of Nadi Shuddhi and 21x times AUM chant after. Then I just sit and explore my deep meditative states. I don’t have a problem to overcome my body
