Excellent Meditation for Habituation

This is a great solution for your addictions. I have to say that I experienced profound shifts using this kriya and I keep diving deeper into Kundalini Yoga since 2021.

I will never forget when Guru Jagat came into my life, she was such a blast and so much fun and we all miss her dearly.

Her classes are hardcore but so much fun, she was my favourite female guru and introduced me to kundalini yoga. This is a very profound short 7min kriya you can do anytime, anywhere… You can start for 3 min only, not everyone is able to hold hands in a position like this but believe me - there is a science behind it. Kundalini yoga has profound kriya sets that are intense but has the fastest results. You will feel immediately the change.

The great thing about this kriya is that if you include it in your morning set it will help you to make better choices during the day and you sort of get ahead of the compulsive behaviours… I have been using a lot of short kriyas from kundalini yoga, one of my favourite classics is Kirtan Kriya. Kundalini yoga is very profound and builds up your strength - that’s why it is such a hardcore, you need to get uncomfortable to build resiliance.
