This is very often my breakfast actually if I don’t have nuts and dried fruit or feel like veg instead.

  • Veg gives you great clarity, the pumpkin seeds will keep you going longer and the spinach with sprouts will detox and gives you the necessary minerals and vitamins. I often make sure I consume also some celery and cucumber but if I don’t have any or it’s cold outside I go for grilling pumpkin and zucchini.

  • Usually, the grilled pumpkin is replaced with avocado if I find any in the shop

I don’t think this needs any longer explanation - all I use is a contact grill for my veg, olive oil on the top, salt and pepper. The pumpkin is done on the pan for a few min with a tiny bit of soya sauce
