This is an extra powerful combination, a very juicy and a very tasty salad.
All of the blood purifiers on this web should be eaten without additives or changes before noon when the body cleanses itself, can be eaten as a mono diet - for 12 days or more but you will see the results only if you are already vegan and GF for at last a year
You can eat the same dish for a long period of time instead of fasting.
If you start on the mono diet you can add mashed potato or rice or gluten-free bread or pumpkin seeds or other nuts maybe (*I didn’t try nuts yet) in the afternoon first if that is too much of an adjustment for you or if you feel hungry…
I find it ok to add quinoa or potato or rice with it in the afternoon - that will keep you going longer. I am going to try nuts also.
Try to go solo salad 2x a day once you did a long period of eating this salad will mash or rice or something GF of your choice on the side and see what happens.
Using an elimination system is actually great - it takes the pressure off. You can always downsize it to just 3 ingredients to get the most benefits
The fasting or a reboot should be held for at least 12 days - 16h and 3 days of fasting is BS and propaganda and huge misinformation. The truth is that if there are toxins in your system (*which there are, 100% sure - because our air, water, soil, food and all the products of the matrix are toxic) you won’t reboot anything in 3days - the restructuring of the cells takes 12 days, 12! not 16hours or 3 days, 12, guys
Most of the yogic practices also help to detox - the breath work like kapalabhathi is detoxing the kidneys and liver, those organs detox the blood and are designed to be held for 42-48 days! but you have to have a diet too otherwise you are just detoxing by breathwork and polluting yourself with food - that doesn’t make sense - So, ehhhhh…. I am sure you get it
The suggestion here is to reboot to our best abilities but not torture ourselves in the process
