Elimination Diet

Simple

Irish Lettuce, Kale, Spinach salad with Brocolli Sprouts and Zucchini Flowers - olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey dressing.

Grilled Zucchini topped with olive oil, salt and chopped Pumpkin Seeds, more Sprouts, Cucumber, and Radish.

If you want clarity, be more intuitive and support your 3rd eye and your clairvoyant abilities then eat veg.

  • If you are not able to give up the toxic food don’t bother to try to open up your 3rd eye.

A lot of people are fans of juicing but if you are over 30 it’s recommended to use a mono diet. You get better results. Another thing to know is if you are eating whatever you won’t detox anything in the body. Going clean to be able to reboot the entire system requires you to start slowly with an elimination diet FIRST. To be able to see actual results you have to eliminate:

All meat, fish too, eggs, milk products & wheat. Because gluten is blocking the walls in your intestine and so the body can not actually take the nutrients from the vegetable, so you must go Gluten Free also. This elimination diet has to be done slowly.

You need to eat all organic, gluten-free, no preservatives and no artificial colours or flavourings, no coffee, no green tea, no alcohol, no sugar… No onion and no garlic too otherwise you will have a lot of gas. Also, keep your veg dishes simple because the vegan cookbooks are crazy - there are so many ingredients on every receipt that it’s crazy. Some of the combinations are way too messed up. Keep it simple. If I learned something in Italy then it’s this: max 3-5 ingredients on a plate are the best.

Basics

  1. Do not combine Veg & Fruit - there needs to be 45 min between those two otherwise they ferment in your stomach,

  2. Don’t drink after the food otherwise, you dilute the chemicals needed for breaking down the food *take 45 min gap here

  3. 30% of the digestion of vegetables happens in the mouth - chewing is important, juicing is weird if 30% of the veg digestion happens in the mouth then start rather eating your veg than juicing - also the sugar and the entire chemical composition changes while destroying the food like this, not to mention what it does to the natural geometry of it and the horrible noise of the juicer you put into the whole mix.

  4. Make sure you know what are you allergic to, it’s wise to get your blood work done from time to time - just in case

  5. Go Organic

  6. Get distilled water and use that for drinking to restructure the cells. There are many amazing detoxes using just distilled water and honey - that is a hardcore reset that some people hold for 12 days but that fasting, my friends, makes you look like 20 again.

  7. Add Seaweed - Chlorella and Spirulina to your diet, Organic Honey - Honey is the closest to the human blood in chemical composition so adding it to your diet will benefit you a lot.

First 3 Months of Elimination Diet

  • 1st 2-4weeks - no beef & pork *eating everything else you usually eat but introducing Avocado and Spinach into your diet instead, introducing some of the salads you can find on my web, getting used to eating the good stuff. The body needs to get used to eating clean first…

  • 2nd 2weeks - eliminating slowly chicken - eating everything else but not eating beef & pork and chicken. Again make sure you eat avocado & spinach on daily bases instead. That is necessary for you to make sure you don’t collapse. Make sure your chicken and all other food are organic.

  • If you don’t eat beef and pork and eat only chicken and fish you start eliminating the chicken for 2 weeks and introducing avocado and spinach instead…

  • 3rd 2weeks - eliminating fish and seafood - by now you are not eating beef, pork, chicken, fish and seafood - the idea here is you are not eating any dead flesh. You are eating everything else like rice, bread, pasta, eggs, cheese if you eat that and such but also you are eating avocado and spinach on daily bases plus all sorts of dishes that you can find on my web… *Don’t eat onion or garlic here in this step - the milk products are already bad enough to create gas and inflammation and all my receipts are created to be easy for the body. Most of the Vegan stuff out there is so messed up with so many ingredients that it would make you gassy like crazy.

  • 4th 2weeks - no milk products - here you eliminating one of the hardest stuff, milk products creating a lot of turmoil in the system, a lot - they are extremely addictive, and they are very very bad for you. *Not your mom, not your milk. I am not even talking about the fact that cheese is rotten milk, it contains growth hormones and it is full of condensed morphine. There are coconut alternatives that are tasty and you can even grill them. Just check the shelf in Tesco.

  • so by now after 2-3 months of eliminating the worst stuff, you are almost clean - you don’t eat: dead flesh & milk products.
    But you eat everything else so now you have to start
    eliminating the GLUTEN and introducing more and more of the simple receipts from this web.

  • 5th 2weeks - eliminating eggs
    - so by now you don’t eat: any dead flesh & milk products, you are Gluten Free, egg free and are eating avocado and spinach on daily bases, and you are eating simple veg receipts from this web plus fruit of your choice as snacks, plant-based milk with mashed banana, peanut butter and shredded coconut makes a great porridge if you like

  • Eating Avocado & Spinach on daily bases, You can go with the mono diet for 7days and eat any of my beetroot salads to get a nice reset.

  • A Bowl of steamed broccoli has a lot of protein - I love this, I can eat just that - a full bowl of broccoli tender stream on its own with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper…

  • there needs to be a 45min break between Fruit and Veg

  • adding coconut oil to your dishes has huge benefits

This is truly a simple way where to start if you are still eating whatever. You can set yourself free from eating products and start to eat real food by following this elimination protocol. Your body will soon love you so much that it will always store just the positive energy and release it when you need it the most.

This is the next step after you are eating clean for a while. just remember to chew properly. There are 4 different versions of blood purifiers I designed for us.

  • All of them suppose to be eaten before noon when the body cleanses itself. You can eat this for 12 days and you’ll see the difference in your skin very fast.
