Super Power Beetroot with Peppers & Spinach

“The Highest from the Highest” in Prana, you will feel energised and it will boost your mental activity and beat the fatigue.

  • This is a tweak and simplified version of the amazing beetroot salad from Sadhguru - the original version comes with shredded coconut, chopped peanuts, mustard, honey & other herbs. To my taste, his version is way too sweet and I am not a fan of the peanuts but I know their benefits so this is my version of his salad - siplyfied

  • It’s fresh and very energetic, if you want to keep going longer without hunger add the peanuts & shredded coconut - those will keep you going way longer just on this simple dish.


  • Freshly Grated Beetroot - half is enough for 1 person

  • Red Peppers - chopped - half is enough for 1 person

  • olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice - you can add honey if you like, or you can add a bit of mustard & turmeric too
    Let it sit for a few min so it can release more juice, add Spinach & sprouts if you have some
