I have been doing these practices designed by Sadhguru for 6years and I went through his Inner Engineering Program.

Suriya Kriya (very slow sun salutation) designed by Sadhguru is thought in a very beautiful way and it is my core practice.
Especially Nadi Shuddhi is an excellent practice that will balance your entire system.
I highly recommend Isha practices because they are the easiest, fastest and very powerful & transformative.
The simplicity of it all is fantastic and it suits everyone no matter the age.
