plus add some Super Greens like Lamb Lettuce, Rocket, Beetroot, Fresh Spinach…
The idea here is to “Eat Water” - I noticed that actually eating water hydrate you better than drinking water…
This is my favourite dish. It gives you efficient energy and keeps you light but full at the same time.
Tomatoes are neutral in energy - they do not give nor take from you but if you eat too much tomatoes you will feel lethargic…

Eating Positive Pranic Food
Most of my receipts are “Positive Energy Foods.” The amazing thing about eating like this is your body will store the positive energy and when you get hungry and “overcome” that hunger your body will release the positive energy that it stored and you will feel like you just ate… It’s amazing.
Your body won’t be exhausted by constantly breaking down the heavy food, you will feel great and energised. You will also have clarity like no other… Of course, this requires you to stay away from meat.
Negative energy foods are:
Meat, Eggs, Garlic, Onions, Eggplant - Aubergine, coffee and tea. Milk products are full of “growing hormones,” cheese is highly concentrated morphine and is highly addictive *do your own research on this… A great source of information is a document Cowspiracy you can watch here & Dr. Pradip Jamnadas lectures on food on YouTube ( *educate yourself).
Cheese is Like “Dairy Heroine” – it Contains Morphine – Why? Opiates in mother’s milk have a drug-like effect on the baby’s brain ensuring the baby will continue to nurse. While concentrated casein in cheese ensures that adults will bond with the fridge.
Another thing to mention is the fat, sugar & salt - this combination does not exist in nature, it does not exist in any natural food and therefore is not suitable for the human body, but is in every single product that you can find on the shelves in the shop these days.
Bread is highly addictive too. So Bread is another thing to consider to leave alone. The flour is so messed up that it does more harm than good to the body. There is nothing in it that nourishes the human. I made some major improvements with my bread that is made GF, sugar-free and toxic-free of course so you can find it on the list of my receipts.
