What else you can sprout?

I am not particularly a fan of the taste of the sprouted Chia Seeds but it’s an interesting taste. I don’t love it though, but it’s nice on some kinds of dishes. It needs more experimenting with what it goes well with - “taste” wise…

  • It’s easy to sprout. All you need is a plate, wet tissue paper or napkin. Sprinkle some seeds on it and in an hour it creates a gel around the seed and seals it to the base. In a few days, it will grow.

  • You have to run fresh water 2x a day through it (*morning and evening) and it will stay in place,,,

  • I like to look at it, so I grow it and try to pair it with some of my dishes but can’t find any food that I would like it with…
