Jack Fruit

Jack Fruit is a great replacement for meat. It comes in a can so this is not ideal but if you can get it fresh go for it. It’s interesting stuff and it tastes great. It fills you up a bit more than just veg. I love it, but my body right now wants to be more on veg.

“Clarity comes with the Vegetable” and I am a radish lover and raw eater so this is not what I usually eat but I am sure someone will like it. I love it a lot.

So… Let’s get on cooking…

The whole point here with my diet is to get rid of preservatives and artificial stuff and go FRESH & Organic as much as possible, avoid as much as possible GMO and the chemicals,,, The first thing that we all need to do in the diet is to cut the “toxic crap” and slowly surely move up the ladder. I am mainly raw but it took me 5 yrs to fix the diet after 15 yrs of shit eating - very slow elimination and tweaking until I actually arrived at that point that I dropped the shit. The things that are in food right now got way too much funky … it’s no longer food - it’s a product and it’s often nasty…

I cook without garlic and use zucchini instead of onion, your body will thank you for making this change especially if you are a meditator. Those two ingredients along with caffeine & chillies are those to eliminate first to be able to deepen up the meditation and make sure you don’t tax the nervous system. Astro travel will become easier.😁


  • Heat up olive oil, add grated zucchini, leak, red peppers, a dash of soya sauce *without preservatives!, fry for a few min...

  • Add Jack Fruit, mix it all up, add a bit of turmeric, pepper, sun-dried tomato sauce (*I make this myself too) add a bit of water to create some sauce - done

  • Wrap it all up into lettuce with spinach wraps,,, It’s nice also with rocket and spinach salad with olive oil, lemon, honey, salt and pepper dressing. Have fun with it, it’s yummy with rice and even GF pasta…

    All Recieps here are GF, Vegan, without garlic and onion, no preservatives and as organic as possible
