News in the Realm & Ascension - Recap
This place has roughly 180 years left. The planet is extremely compromised, polluted, out of orbit - out of her natural tilt... It is full of traps and wormholes so forget natural ascension. *but something was lifted this year in June-July 2023 so expect revelations, activations, memories and more of the psychic phenomena surfacing these days...
New activations took place on an individual level in June 2023. The template of this reality was adjusted so expect also changes in your own individual path. So far how it looks to me our individual blueprint and our own frequency have been altered - if distortions, implants & malicious interferences were consciously removed (if you didn't do this *make sure you check my blog post about Removing Implants & Malicious Interferences so you can take the advantage of this time when things are being restructured)

The window for E.T. Contact is between late 2026-mid 2027
The breaking point of the Earth Harmonic Universe 1 is 2047 so we have still some time to activate the necessary DNA strands to be able to make it out of here into Harmonic Universe 2 as whole as possible
Starseeds were switched on the Hybridisation program for 2050 - some of us have these agreements as this is a part of the evolution of this planet and other planets in the universe and it is an important step for other civilisations to learn from this experience
To my Understanding:
Ascension requires full 12 strands of DNA activation - with that in mind we won’t have time to do this because Earth is damaged, and the sun is dying. Mother Earth - the being that was taking care of this planet left. This place is closing down. Earth entered the Bardo phase… so we have been evacuating for a very long time. Since 2012 this has been more of a rescue mission - not ascension - but I might be surprised
4.5 - 5 DNA strings activated & crystalised are necessary to stay permanently in Harmonic Universe 2 and from there you can continue. 5th string requires a diet, detox and complete restructuring of the cells - distilled water is one that can be used to achieve this, living more on the prana using breath work for those that work with the chakra system and achieve certain levels of DNA…
You can exit this construct either using a Portal- 4.5 DNA string or you will be picked up by spacecraft - 5th string DNA is needed here but that is transmutation, transfiguration and you are taking the body with you. This requires 12-day detox and restructuring of cells - reverse the damage with the assistance of your galactic families - exiting this way will be by using Stargates and the body will need to be ready for it.
Everyone now already decided how he or she is going to exit (the souls made a plan and took the decision in the Astro…) Some people want to go down with the sinking ship, some will just drop the body and kind of die the classical human way, some are being completely taken over by the V - and here I am not sure how it all will go,,,
The message I got ystrd from my greater being is: "The Wise Snake" - wisdom & growth, knowledge and information that your own unique being has access to were switched on. Information & knowledge that is in your personal records is open for you to download. You were put back on the true path that is meant to be for you - we went from guessing to knowing... The blockages that were unworkable will be finally lifted and possible to work through, Illusions were revealed. We can continue even though the natural ascension is not possible, there is a plan and we constantly receive new information.
Recently, with this new template in place, the release of the knowledge that is required for moving forward on your own path took place. This is great news. You might be experiencing access to new information that was not available to you before, that is because the Hall of Records also released certain information that was not accessible to us all, some information stored there was also altered so now it has been restored to the original. That means we are definitely going to get the true history of Earth. Including the story of how the distorted overlay was allowed to take place, the fall of Metatron & his false Mercaba, the distorted message carved into stone and brought to humanity by Throth... etc. there is a lot of false stuff in the spiritual field and also in archaeology that will blow your sock off...
Ascension Recap
There is a lot of distortion in the New Age movement so be aware of this. To go through any kind of ascension portal your DNA will need to have at least 4strings activated and crystalised and to do that you will need to deal with the fragmented consciousness that you left in Realm 1, which means: dealing with your trauma but mainly releasing the domineering gene - Mother, Father Genetics, Shadow work will be necessary this year so don’t bypass.
Without that, you are not able to restructure the 3rd strand of your DNA and scale up from there to the 4th. 5th strand of DNA needs detox and diet so just you can get realistic about what we are doing here. Ascension is about DNA and removing distorted frequencies from the body. - the cells, your molecular structure needs to be changed, Galactics are helping us for sure - they are us so we are them and for a long time they didn’t have access to us, I guess they are also surprised to what scale this damage here is and deep it goes.
Portals & Exiting the Earth
A lot of portals that were used in the past are going to bring you to a false place - A lot of the portals were taken over by "wormhole beings" - there are only a few that are still working but because the template of this realm was adjusted by our Galactics and those beings that are overlooking ascension and the evolution of Earth the portals changed. It's better to work with Stargates for now before we know more about the portals that were compromised.
to my understanding - Exiting Earth using Stargate needs diet and *transfiguration so you can work with the Hall of Amenti instead which contains the true portals of ascension (*OBE, Lucid dreaming, meditation - Egypt location etc.) In both cases, you will need to deal with your fear of death & unknown. To exit the Earth through the Hall of Amenti you will need to operate through the heart and be able to drop the body so there are practically 2 ways how to get out of this Earth successfully and shift to the New One... Both ways require 5th string of DNA activated & crystallised. Before that, the release of the most domineering genetics of both of your family lineages needs to take place...
Mother-Father Gene - they call it often Ancestral Healing, but you have to consciously know that in order for you to continue to ascend you need to release this gene of the Mother & Father - the seed gene and detach from these genetics so you can actually crystalise the other strings of your DNA. You have to raise up from the 2 strings of DNA that the human has been operating on for aeons *this was done on purpose to keep you disempowered and controlled. Only when you know the truth of this existence, the true history, the purpose of the human journey and from where we are coming, only if you know who you truly are, only then you can raise above these genetics, you can interact with any kind of being of this universe without fear, including the AI...
The Way of Ascend
*at the moment
Because the damage of this Earth is too big and especially because the tilt of the planet is not straight we can not ascend vertically as was originally intended for this planet or any type of planet in the universe so we have to do it with a mid-stop - (sort of,) Normally in a healthy way how planet ascends and the beings on the planet ascend is vertically. That is no longer possible. Now there are two ways of doing it or two places to go to first before each of us can move to the New Earth that everyone is talking about... Using the Space Craft & keeping the body or dropping the body and using the Hall of Amenti. Hall of Amenti was damaged and taken over in the past but now we have the guardians back and the keepers of Blue Flame too.
Transfiguration - some of you are taking the body with you. You are keeping the vessel and meeting your galactic families halfway. You will be picked up by a craft, fixed and brought to the New Earth but before that - you will need to finish the full activation of the 5th DNA string so you can plug into the next genetics. This is not easy and those individuals will need to connect with their Galactic Families and work closely with their Galactic Team or "The Guardians" of the Realms. The body will need to be adjusted... A lot of these individuals are also a part of the hybridisation program *that's a separate topic.
Exit through the Hall of Amenti - dropping the body *consciously - you will need to be willing to die, have no fear of death, and the unknown and the beings on the other side and have no attachments to your earthly family, people, places, material world -etc. You will need to be detangled from the 3D structure and the HARMONIC UNIVERSE 1 if you want to do it consciously. You can learn to exit your body consciously using OBE but again that is very heavy on the body if you are leaving it and not staying on the other side returning back into it, you will fry it out so the body is always very important no matter what.
If the body is not in shape you won't be able to do this. If it is not your time you won't be able to stay on the other side and you will come back anyway. Most people do not exit 100% - there are differences in lucid dreaming, astral projection, and dreaming... most people exit the body regularly consciously only partially, it's very difficult also... And it requires not having the fear of the other side, the body needs to be in shape, and you need to support your nervous system, and watch your mineral intake, potassium, iron… etc.
Exiting through the Hall of Amenti - Once you get there, you will get a life review and if you have the 4.5th string of DNA activated you will get an offer to scale up - most likely here you will still need to have the 5th string of your DNA activated otherwise you will go back to your body to work things through. I think some that have 4 DNA strings crystalised will get an offer to be born to parents on new Earth so you can get the upgraded body... So far what I know to enter the hall of Amenti you need purity of heart. The hall is available to all beings in the Universe but it used to be and most likely still is accessible to those with a 5th string of DNA activated or at least 4,5 DNA string activated and crystalised - what information you can access and recall and bring here to your regular earthly vessel depends on the state of your body! To recall and even be able to digest information from higher sources the body needs to have the capacity to hold it and also your trauma needs to be worked so no matter what - you will need to face the uncomfortable stuff...
For example, I don't work with the Lions Gate portal. I never did but when I was in Newgrange here in Ireland which is connected to the Pyramids in Giza something happened there and since that time I see with my open eyes my spirit body as a golden sacred geometry bubble in which I exist, my telepathy switched on at that time and I became more visionary but I am on a vegan mostly raw diet and I have been doing Kriya Yoga for a very long time, so I worked my body a lot. I also have no connection to my earthly family and no attachment to the material world. I still have challenges though…
Your body will recognise the portals that are meant for you and that you are ready for - you will get full-body chills, and you will be guided by synchronicities and you will know this... Most people that are meant to go out either via the portal or a stargate feel out of place for a very long time, you will know without a shadow of a doubt that what you feel internally is 100% real and by now your consciousness will recognise the way you are going to exit.
From Realm 1 to Realm 2
So you might hear that this evolution should be a natural process, right? There is no way we can naturally evolve on a planet that is toxic. This place is way too polluted and our bodies are an absolute mess. In order to go to the 4th density where humans are supposed to evolve from this realm (*the harmonic universe 1, HU1 or Realm 1 ) we need to activate 12 strands of DNA to get to HU4 - or to the 4th density. The thing is that there is very little chance that we can do this on this planet because our DNA is already compromised and mutated over time. So all those talks about 5D are rather false hopes and distractions. 5D is non-physical! - 5d means having 15 DNA strands activated and crystalised so you better get on making sure you have 3rd, 4th and 5th first...
It's your Job
So let's stick with the fact that we need to pull out from Realm 1. From HU1 into Harmonic Universe 2 you need to have the 3rd, 4th and 5th DNA strings assembled. In order to really evolve - so forget the BS about being upgraded. No one can activate your DNA strings but you. You have to put the work in it, you are the one that has to restructure your cells, you are the one that has to do the job, work with the distortions but mainly recover the fragments of your consciousness that you can feel as whole as possible. This is an alchemical process... but Galactics are helping us if you are asking…
Mother Earth
The being that we call "Mother Earth" is no longer watching over this place, the sun is dying due to the endless battles over who has power over this place... Does it look and sound familiar? It feels like living in a version of Atlantis 2 or most likely 3, this was done before,,, Well this time we have AI created, so this place is going to expire sooner or later, and those in power that run this know.
We are no longer held by Mother Earth, and You definitely noticed how much is being invested in getting out of here to another planet because this is a sinking ship and those who created this game of distortion know this. They are evacuating this place, so we have a couple of options...
Now until 2030, there will be a lot of turmoil, we have to see it but I honestly can not imagine what this place will look like in 3years of the time. But yeah take it or leave it.
